  • We are developing a creator platform for active learning to revolutionize the way we learn and grow tapping into the creator economy

  • Our backend runs on GCP, including serverless architecture. The stack includes Firebase, Node.js, Typescript, React and NoSQL.

🚀 The position

As our Head of Product at Superflow you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our Creator Platform for active learning and how it integrates with the ecosystem of productivity tools, performance management tools and LMSs. You'll have the whole product (every interface, every user, every API and every piece of data) in an elaborate mental model in your head at once. Together with the entire product development team, and in close collaboration with the business and learning experience design, you will provide the product that allows our clients to achieve & outperform their ambitious learning and growth goals. As a strong engineer you will ensure a mindset of product-led growth. At the same time, you will not only manage your team members to deliver the most important epics and sprints in high quality, you will also nurture and coach individuals to advance in their personal career. Finally, as part of our Superflow leadership group, you will drive human-centric decisions to make sure our product contributes to not only high-performance but also wellbeing of our users.

  • Define a winning product strategy for Superflow's Creator Platform to serve the needs of all our creators, users and clients in a way that ensures our product-led growth in a way that adds long-term value to people.
  • Drive fast and efficient (and not always perfect) product progress in a rapidly evolving startup industry and company so that we can learn as we grow.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including product ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch management.
  • Develop the product roadmap and lead the Product team to prioritize features & stories and maintain the product backlog.
  • Plan the epics and sprints from conception to completion, while ensuring both technical and business needs are met.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and help them identify the best solutions.
  • Drive product discovery and validation with agile and design thinking practices together with our UX designer.
  • Partner cross-functionally to monitor user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
  • Plan the Integration strategy of existing applications to create a cohesive, unified software solution that delivers value to users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Creator market, Web3 and AI-integration trends as well as Learning & Development industry needs, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and growth.
  • Own building AI-first features using generative AI for our subscription products and create innovative active learning experiences for world-class experts and team leads.
  • Help us build a culture of mentorship, learning, iteration, and continuous progress within the Superflow team

🤝 What you bring

  • 5+ years of relevant product/software development role(s) in a startup environment
  • Have owned the strategy & roadmap definition, backlog management and steering of Technology team members to deliver a product
  • Have a proven track record in owning a solution holistically in terms of product front-end, back-end and back-office ecosystem that the product is embedded into.
  • Experience in regularly shipping features, building and growing a greenfield novel product
  • Knowledge of Agile development values and frameworks
  • Take strong interest in understanding the entire tech side of your product
  • Relentlessly dive into details, whilst keeping long-term objectives in mind
  • Excellent strategy building, prioritization, complex problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills including inclusion and empathy.
  • Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
  • Care deeply about quality, functionality, and the humans we serve and are in touch with
  • Innate curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for your work
  • Are fluent in English

The process takes 2 - 3 weeks max -then you either join us, or we get back to you with feedback :)

  • 30 min - "Non-technical" call with our team - lets get to know each other and get your questions answered
  • 45 minute - Interview with Pris (Founder & CEO) and Mark (our Tech Lead) on the position details
  • 60 minute - Case Study- helps to create a brainstorming session and get ideas flowing
  • 90 minute - Meet others in the team - whether its a team you might manage or others you will work with, we find it is best if we get to know each other.
