Overview of the Flow
Join Elvira Kalmar, Certified Organisation Design Professional, who will walk you through the habits and workflow of high-performing teams from purpose planning to retrospectives that you can also adapt and use for your team's sprint planning process.

As this Flow is about facilititaing a team throug this process, we suggest you to go through the whole flow first to be familiar with the steps and then decide, how would you like to involve the team to work together on filling the canvases. We have included facilitation and timing suggestion to each canvas for you, so you can design the events upfront.

Each video-based nudge will guide you on how to fill the right segment of your canvas with your own team’s answers. Spend as much or as little time as you need.

When you are done with that canvas segment, just click ‘Next Activity’ and you will get the next video to guide you to answer the next segment of the canvas

This way, you can think through together as a team your purpose, objectives, key results and actions step-by-step in the right order.

At the end of the session you can export your canvas as a PDF, so you can paste it to any document or slide deck.
